• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in BusinessOS
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription & Payment

BusinessOS operates on a subscription model with different tiers:

• SME Tier: For small and medium enterprises
• Enterprise Tier: For large organizations and MNCs

Payments are processed securely. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BusinessOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BusinessOS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us license to use it to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BusinessOS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
